Thick flaky haddock baked with lemon, butter and buttery Ritz Cracker crumbs.

Grilled filets of fresh haddock topped with sautéed spinach, sun-dried

tomatoes and fresh basil. Served with garlic mashed potatoes.


Mango Grilled Salmon

Grilled fresh filet of salmon finished with Mandarin orange wedges and

mango coulis. Served with house risotto.


Baked Eggplant Parmigiana

Fresh eggplant slices baked in layers with Mozzarella and

Parmesan cheese. Served with Rigatoni.

Baked in layers with fresh ground sirloin, sausage,marinara sauce,

Ricotta, Mozzarella and Romano cheeses.

Finished with a veal reduction sauce with fresh sliced mushrooms and spinach.

Grilled chicken breast, fresh spinach and roasted garlic blended with Mozzarella,
